Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

All orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, cancellations or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. We strongly recommend reviewing the product photographs, description and dimensions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions or need additional information, please DM us before ordering and we will be happy to assist you.

If your order arrives damaged due to transportation, you may be eligible for an exchange or refund of the product value, excluding shipping charges.

To be eligible:

• You must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video, starting from the sealed package before it is opened.
• The video must clearly show the packaging, the product and the damage received.
• The damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, along with the unboxing video and relevant photographs.
• Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

After reviewing the evidence, Dori and Dil will determine whether the damage occurred during transit and whether the order qualifies for a refund or exchange.

To submit a claim, email dorianddil.team@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, using the subject “Refund Request — Order ID: [your order ID]” and attaching the required evidence.

As our products are handmade, minor variations in colour, texture, size or finishing may naturally occur. Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

We carefully strive to ensure that every product matches its photographs and description as closely as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
